Description

The current release 1.0.1 of yFiles for Silverlight has been built against Silverlight version 3 and is compatible with the Silverlight 4 release. Features that are only present in Silverlight 4 are not supported, out of the box yet (e.g. printing and context menus). See Article 508 and Article 507 for workarounds.

Most bundled sample applications use the 3rd party Silverlight Toolkit libraries, which exist in two (incompatible) versions for Silverlight 3 and Silverlight 4. Therefore, solutions are provided for the samples that target both frameworks separately and reference different versions of the toolkit assemblies. However, this does not in any way affect the core yFiles assemblies (i.e. there are no separate versions for both target frameworks).
