For each yFiles license we do offer so annual support package called subscriptions.
A subscription includes free technical support and free updates of the licensed software for a period of one year. Subscription can be renewed after each year, but that's not a must. The yFiles license will not be invalidated by not renewing the annual subscription. The official price-list for a subscription service is available from the according section on the yWorks website (yFiles for Java, yFiles.NET, yFiles WPF) or by contacting our sales team.
Details about the technical support we are offering can be found in the according sections of the Software License Agreements of each product (yFiles for Java, yFiles.NET, yFiles WPF, yFiles FLEX, yFiles AJAX).
